This is a question that comes up regularly, but to which there is no precise answer. This varies depending on the learner's profile and their current level. Naturally, a beginner has a greater margin of progress than a confirmed, and can therefore hope to gain more jump.
Each program contains 5 training sessions per week, including one active resting day. The workouts last about an hour and can be done with no equipment. The programs are suitable for everyone, from beginner to advanced.
After your registration, you will receive your login details to access the training platform and the private forum. You can then login and follow the program to the letter.
