Our Mission
Mobility for life. Longevity through movement.
Many athletes perform well but don’t last, often getting injured or retiring around 35. This observation suggests that conventional training might be missing something crucial—something that truly prioritizes body care. Longevity has become a goal for Kadour Ziani, a pioneer of the street dunk who, at 50, is still capable of powerful dunks. From his extensive knowledge and experience, he developed a routine centered on sustained repetition. In 2023, his “7 postures – mobility and longevity” method was released as a book and later as a mobile application. Adopting these 7 postures daily means embracing a healthy lifestyle to optimize performance and achieve lasting athletic careers.

AIM FOR A HEALTHIER CAREER BY ADOPTING it
- Health : The 7 postures routine allows you to reconnect with your body and relearn how to feel. We consider it the missing piece to conventional training methods.
- Flexibility : At the heart of the 7 postures: mobility. This element has always been a pillar of Kadour’s training. It paid off. As proof, in 2023, at age 50, he is still capable of dunking, a very high level performance.
- Intelligence : Train better to last. The majority of programs neglect certain aspects. The routine will ll these decits, and is suitable for both beginners and professional athletes.
- Prevention : Taking care of your body by integrating the 7 postures routine into your daily life will help prevent injuries, thereby aiming for a longer career.
