Mobility and longevity

With this book, I'm sharing my valuable knowledge, based on more than 30 years of high-level experience. During my long career, I suffered from several serious injuries (e.g. ruptured Achilles tendon) from which many athletes were unable to recover. In 2023, at 49 years old, I am still capable of dunking. The reason behind this? A strict training regime.

To date, I had one of the biggest releases at 1 foot at 1m47, and I was able to dunk from the free throw line.
I've made about 30,000 dunks in my 33-year career. as a professional dunker.

I am characterized by my unique training style, based on mobility, body control, balance and core strength. I have trained and still train NBA players.
